Why your business needs SMOKE AND FIRE DAMAGE RESTORATION

As commercial smoke and fire damage restoration experts, we understand the chemistry and techniques required to effectively clean and salvage interior furnishings and surfaces. We remove soot from aluminum and chrome shelving, marble, tile, and glass, as well as from fabrics in upholstery and carpets, and more.

During a fire, smoke is driven by heat and penetrates throughout your premises. Smoke can also combine with humidity and form corrosive residues. Residual smoke may burn as well, causing etching, pitting or chemical burning on interior surfaces. The more time passes before smoke and fire damage restoration is started, the greater the damage that can occur.

We use the most up-to-date equipment, products and procedures throughout all phases of our fire and smoke damage restoration process:

  • Emergency pre-cleaning
  • Corrosion Mitigation
  • Content cleaning
  • Content pack-out
  • Wall and ceiling cleaning
  • Deodorization

Who is responsible for paying for the service?

As the commercial property owner, you are responsible for payment and will need to sign a form authorizing payment for the restoration services.
